Junior Account Manager

EMG are looking to broaden the team at the UK's largest independent product placement company working with many prestigious clients across the Technology, Automotive, FMCG, Drinks and Charity sectors. As part of a fast-paced and family feel team environment, you will have a direct impact on what brands get featured in some of the nation’s favourite blockbusting films, TV series and latest streamers.
We are looking to recruit a bright, content loving, hard-working and enthusiastic individual to undertake the role of Account Manager. Reporting directly to a Account Director you will be working with some of the world's most famous brands to place their products within the content of TV and film. From fast cars to hair products, you'll be in the thick of it between world class content and branded products.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Reporting directly to an Account Director
Develop & maintain strong working relationships with nominated clients
Develop thorough knowledge of client briefs, brands & products
Day to day contact & handling of day to day client servicing of nominated clients
Draft client regular results & review documents
Attend client meetings
Gain knowledge & understanding of EMG viewing & evaluation methodology/tool
Support production team & attend internal production meetings
Liaise with production companies to generate & fulfil placements
Undertake management responsibilities of junior team members

Able to identify when to escalate potential issues before they become a problem.
Experience & Skills:
Experience in TV, Film, Media or Entertainment are valued but not essential.
Extremely strong at client management and networking skills. Tactful but assertive in your communication. Having the confidence to take the lead on projects with a lot of daily client communications.
Experienced in client management, running and reporting on client campaigns, with an ability to analyse and interpret data to pull real, practical insights and present to stakeholders
Effective at managing up with confidence to ensure your director is aware of workloads and that deliverables are manageable.
Drawing from your line management experience to apply a hands-on nurturing and development of Account Executives & Tracking Assistants.
Strong written and oral skills- able to come across clearly and succinctly in email or over the phone
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent organisation and ability to work under pressure and within time constraints
