Production Admin Assistant

We are looking to recruit a bright, entertainment loving, hard-working, enthusiastic and super organised individual to undertake the role of Production Admin Assistant.
Reporting into the client-servicing and production team you will be working with some of the world's most famous brands to help seamlessly place their products within the original content in TV & film. From fast cars, to tech and hair products, you'll literally be in the thick of it assisting with props for original world class content and arranging the products needed on set.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Assist the Account Servicing and Production Teams where required.
Update and maintain client product inventories.
Liaise directly with production companies .
Respond to production requests for props with product ordering and set delivery logistics.
Attend weekly internal production meetings.
Support line managers with fulfilment of day-to-day requests .
Support Global team where required on fulfilment and production research and outreach.
Participate in all requested company meetings.
Gain knowledge & understanding of EMG’s viewing & evaluation methodology/tool .
Generate industry insights/updates for regular mailings to existing clients and new business prospects.
Create monthly production slates on new shows for client servicing team.
Stay up to date with UK, EU and global television, film and streaming news.
Stay up to date with brand and client-related news and product releases.
Support the team and represent the company at industry and networking events when requested.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
A keen interest in TV & film along with the wider media environment.
Excellent communication skills and foster good working relationships with production companies.
Self-motivated and ambitious about your career development.
Able to multi-task and prioritise workloads.
Exceptional organisational skills, even when under pressure.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a small, busy team.
A questioner and a challenger. Comfortable taking direction from colleagues but you like to sense-check what you’re being asked to do and are not afraid to speak up to seek clarification or contribute your ideas.
Ability to identify when to escalate potential issues before they become a problem.
Experience & Skills:
Experience in TV, Film, Media or Entertainment are valued but not essential.
Demonstrate passion for the TV and film industry and a strong work ethic.
Self-starter with strong organisational skills.
Exceptional attention to detail essential, perfectionist with a keen eye for detail and numbers.
Strong written communication and oral skills- able to come across clearly and succinctly in email and over the phone.
Good personal time management skills, with ability to schedule and prioritise tasks.
Ability to manage complex and multiple assignments simultaneously.
Ability to assist and support others with enthusiasm and a “can do” attitude.
Effective at managing up with confidence to ensure your line managers are aware of workloads and that deliverables are achievable.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint plus Canva.
